LIVE AT THE LOT

POLICIES & PROCEDURES

Thank you for your interest in Live at the Lot. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the terms of the following waiver as well as the policies noted below:

 

Buyer (also known as "participant") and fellow car passengers agree to adhere to all policies and procedures. Being of lawful age and in consideration of being permitted to participate in any Live at the Lot events, the purchaser releases and forever discharges K-Nation Entertainment (KNE), Kapco, KDev, Hometown Heroes, all event sponsors and hosts, as well as their spouse, heirs, executors, administrators, legal representatives and assigns from all manner of actions, causes of action, debts, accounts, bonds, contracts, claims and demands for or by reason of any injury to person or property, including illness or injury resulting in the death of the Participant, which has been or may be sustained as a consequence of the Participant's participation in Live at the Lot activities.

 

We are converting a Kapco parking lot on the corner of Highway 60 and Cheyenne Avenue in Grafton, Wisconsin into a safe and exciting live performance and movie venue.


A limited number of cars will be permitted into the Live at the Lot venue.  Guests must remain in their cars or sit in their own lawn chairs immediately adjacent to their cars during each event.


Live music acts will perform on a stage that is 24 feet wide.

 

A 24 foot video screen with PA system will be utilized for movie projection and audio.  


Proceeds from Live at the Lot will be contributed to Camp Hometown Heroes, Camp Reunite and the Turning Rivers facility supporting youth facing trauma.


SAFETY RULES: Safety of our guests, volunteers, staff and performers is our number one priority.  Social distancing policies are strictly enforced.

  • Any violation of policies could lead to dismissal from the event ground. In the event of dismissal, refunds will not be provided.

  • If you have any COVID-19 symptoms or feel sick, please stay home for the safety of all.

  • To ensure appropriate social distancing, a limited number of cars will be permitted at each show. 

  • Strict social distancing rules are in effect for Live at the Lot. Guests will be able to exit their vehicle and sit in a pre-marked area immediately adjacent to their vehicle. They must remain in their vehicle or in their own lawn chairs placed in their pre-marked area throughout the event. The only exception is to use the portable toilets located on the perimeter of the parking lot.

  • Portable toilets are cleaned and serviced every day prior to each event.

  • Cashless food delivery will be available during each event.

  • No walk-up sales. All tickets must be purchased in advance online.

  • Guests will be reminded of all policies and procedures through signage, stage announcements, video board messages, and information shared at the time of purchase.

  • The maximum number of guests per vehicle is six; vehicle must have a permanent seat belt for each guest.

  • We recommend that guests traveling in the same vehicle should be from the same family unit or those who have quarantined together.

  • Smoking and vaping are not permitted on the premises.


FOOD & BEVERAGES
 

  • Food and beverages will be sold through a licensed food service provider. They will deliver purchases directly to your car in a cashless system available online. If any cash is handled, service workers will wear gloves.  

  • All employees including food and beverage service workers will be wearing masks.

  • Food service and all other employees are not allowed to work if they are not feeling well or exhibit any symptoms of any illness.

  • Beer and White Claw beverages will be available for sale.

  • Grilling is not permitted

REFUND POLICY

  • If a cancellation occurs prior to an event starting, guests can receive a refund if they desire, or can accept credit for a future movie night or concert event if any tickets are still available.

  • If a concert or movie begins and is ultimately shortened due to weather, refunds will not be offered.

 

OTHER POLICIES
 

  • Using the cell phone number provided at the time of purchase, whenever possible, guests will be notified in advance of any weather related cancellations. If a cancellation occurs prior to an event starting, guests can receive a refund if they desire, or can accept credit for a future movie night or concert event if any tickets are still available.

  • If a concert or movie begins and is ultimately shortened due to weather, refunds will not be offered.

  • Guests must arrive at least 20 minutes prior to the start of the show.  Gates open 45 minutes prior to the show and unless a reserved spot is purchased, cars will be parked in order of their arrival.

  • Vehicles will not be permitted to enter after a show begins. Refunds will not be provided.

  • Large SUVs, trucks and other large vehicles will be asked to park in the back or sides to ensure ideal sight lines for all guests.

  • If a vehicle needs to leave prior to the show’s conclusion, please text the help line number at 555888

  • Pets are not allowed.


PERFORMER SAFETY
 

  • As the stage is 25 feet in width by 20 in depth, stage performers may also adhere to social distancing guidelines if they have not quarantined together.

  • The stage is at least 15 feet from the closest audience member.

  • Singers will have their own microphones for their performance 

  • All microphones are treated with a special UV system.

 

Washington Ozaukee Public Health Department has reviewed our plan and we are following all appropriate guidelines.
